It's a small world! That is, if you're looking at this miniature globe.

A vintage globe from the 1960s, the small paper-covered orb shows an ancient depiction of the world with ships and fanciful creatures in the ocean and on land.

The globe is set on a gold-tone metal base and spins freely when twirled.

The bottom is marked "Japan" and bears an inscription from the prior owner -- "July 19, 1969 Wildwood, N.J."

Condition: The metal shows wear. The globe has a small worn spot along the equator in West Africa.

Measurements: Approximately 4" tall; 1 3/4" base diameter; Approximately 7" globe diameter

Vintage 1940s Alamo Pottery planter, this robin egg blue ceramic bowl has wonderful art deco styling. Made by the Alamo Pottery company in San Antonio, TX, the planter is stamped with the studio's blue mark and number 748.

Alamo Pottery is very had to find as it was only made between 1945 & 1951. This is a beautiful example of Alamo's art pottery. Add it to your collection!

Condition: Planter is in very good condition. No chips, no cracks, no crazing. The planter was used as a planter and has a slight soil ring and some spotting on the bottom.

Measurements: 12" long x 5 3/4" wide x 3 3/8" tall.

This metal cigarette case is one smokin' vintage tobacciana collectible. The brass metal has an impressed and colored map of the continental United States. Each state is named. The hinged case is marked "Majestic U.S.A."

You don't have to use this cool case for cigarettes. It would make a great wallet or business card case.

A Watertown Lifetime Ware pitcher, circa 1950s, complete with lid would be the crowning piece to any melamine melmac collection. This fabulous example of Jon Hedu's award-winning mid-century design is in the company's original "Bermuda Coral" color with a dark brown lid--a great retro color combination.

In very good shape, the piece has no cracks or chips, and only very minor signs of use. Bottom is hallmarked "Watertown Lifetime Ware Made in U.S.A." Watertown Lifetime Ware can be found in museum collections, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

Don't know much about chemistry, but this glass bleaker and inner ground joint set is pretty cool. The small vintage Kimax beaker holds 25 ml and is marked "A Kimax USA." The Pyrex inner ground joint fits perfectly with the Kimax piece.

Condition: Both pieces are in very good vintage condition. No chips. No cracks.

Measurements: Kimex beaker is 4 1/2" tall and has approximately 1 1/2" base diameter; the Pyrex joint is 5 3/4" long. Pieces measure approximately 9 1/8" assembled.
