Interesting aviation document from the 1940s, this vintage pilot log chronicles 4 months of flying time mostly in a Cub J-3. Obviously a student's journal, the handwritten log has remarks such as "stalls", "climbs", "take offs & landings", "forced landings", &"first solo."

The insider front cover of the hardcover notebook is inscribed with the student pilot's name, address (Dover, N.J.), and the start date "The Sixth Day of May, 1947." The last entry was made on August 14, 1947.

Only 8 pages of the pilot log are filled in leaving plenty of space for you to use it as your own journal.

Condition: Log is in good condition for a used notebook. The front and back covers have some minor soiling, bumps, creases, and spots. Please see photographs for more information about condition.

Each one of these 10 vintage florist picks has three shiny red glass Christmas ornaments. Use them for making wreaths, floral arrangements or display them in a pretty basket.

Ten picks in all give you a total of 30 red glass orbs.

Measurements: Each glass ball measures approximately 1 3/8" in diameter. Wood picks are 3" long. Each cluster is approximately 5" long.

Pan Am first class white wave Bavarian china made by Bauscher Weiden is simple and elegant. This listing is for one dish/tray, bowl, and butter pat dish. This 1st class Pan Am airline service set is in excellent condition.

Pan American World Airways was the epitome of sophisticated world travel from it's inspection in 1937 to its bankruptcy in 1991. This set is from the 1980s.

The tray/dish measures 8 1/4" long x about 4 3/4" wide and is about 1 1/4" high. The bottom is imprinted "Pan Am 873 - 579142 TQT." The handles have the white wave pattern.

The bowl is edged with the white wave pattern and measures about 4 5/8" in diameter and is about 1 3/4" high. The bottom is marked "Designed for Pan Am Bauscher Weiden Bavaria Germany" in black. The bowl has a few very faint marks which may or may not come out with a good cleaning.

The butter pat dish does not have the wave pattern. It measures 3 1/8" in diameter x 5/8" high. It has the Bauscher Wieden logo on the bottom as well as "Bauscher Bavaria Germany Pan Am" in green.

Please note that the napkin, cup and saucer, and plane are props and are not included.

This is a very beautiful, high-quality scarf, not kitschy or garish. The finely drawn poinsettia, pinecones and holly are outlined in gold and are set on a black background.

Oblong and easy to wear, this sheer scarf is in excellent vintage condition. The previous owner removed the content tag, but from the feel of it, I'd say the scarf is polyester. It's feels very soft and silky. Can be worn as a scarf or a shoulder wrap.
