This antique Steamer & Hose Milton Bradley sectional puzzle made it from the 19th to the 21st century in amazing shape. The vintage toy comes in its original decorative box. Dating from the Victorian era, the antique puzzle is made up of 42 individual chromolithographed sections.
The puzzle is complete with 42 pieces. Each puzzle slice measures approximately 5 inches tall and slightly less that 1 inch wide. The puzzle measures about 41 inches long.
The puzzle is in very good condition. The cardboard box shows wear particularly at the corners. A small piece of the right-hand side corner lid has broken off and is in the box with the puzzle. It could be glued back in place, but I will leave that up to you.
Box measures 7 1/2" x 5 3/4" x 1 1/8".

Vintage hardcover edition of Miss Pickerell Goes To Mars has wonderful art work on the dust jacket of Miss Pickerell, a cow, and a spaceship. Published in 1951 at the beginning of the space race, this vintage science fiction book for children was an instant hit. The author, Ellen MacGregor, used true scientific facts of the time in her Miss Pickerell series including such concepts as weightlessness in space, atomic energy, and the carbon-14 dating method.
This is a genuine circa 1950s copy of Miss Pickerell Goes to Mars not a recent reprint. The book has its original bright yellow dust jacket which shows typical wear around the edges including small tears and some paper loss. The red cloth covered hardcover is in good condition. Pages are clean. Binding is tight.

Add a bit of science lab style to your home or office decor with is vintage glass apothecary bottle. Standing over 8-inches tall including its glass stopper, the large laboratory bottle can be displayed as is or filled with pennies, marbles, buttons, or colorful odds & ends.

The vintage ex-library hardcover children's book has a decorative cover which shows considerable wear with fraying edges and corners with the book board showing through on the bottom front corner. The vintage book has ex-library markings on the front endpapers, a due date sheet and a due date card envelope with card at the back, and a Dewey Decimal number on the spine.

Genuine vintage, not a recent reprint of this title, the vintage poetry book shows age appropriate wear from use and the passage of time. There is wear around the cover edges and light soiling on the cover. Paper is toned with age. Binding is tight. This 1921 edition of Second April is bound in a blue-cloth library binding with a Dewey Decimal number on the spine, "Indianapolis Public Library" perforated stamp on the title pages, and library markings on the back endpapers where it is clear a library due date sheet was removed long ago. Someone attempted to remove a library bookplate from the front endpaper. There are a few stray pencil marks here and there throughout the book.

Chippy, with broken fingers, chipped toes and a repaired arm, this antique baby Jesus statue has amazing blue glass eyes that make you over look the statue's flaws. The large plaster vintage baby Jesus figure was originally part of a Nativity set. He has a beautiful hand painted expressive face with full lips and long eye lashes.
The vintage chalkware baby Jesus figure is very old and is being sold strictly "as is." He has broken fingers, heavy soiling from storage and age, and chipped toes and hair, and a repaired arm as shown in the photographs -- but his blue eyes are just sensational. The vintage plaster statue has faint writing on the back which is very hard to see.

Bound in black leather with gold gilt title lettering and decorations, the vintage Book of Common Prayer was printed at Oxford University by Horace Hart. The antique prayer book has beautiful hand-marbled paper endpapers, and gold gilt page edges.

Vintage porcelain goose & gander pair would make a lovely wedding, anniversary, or housewarming gift for a loving couple.
The pre-World War II ceramic wild geese figures have nice detailing and are marked "Germany" on the bottom in green. One of the figurines is also impressed with the number "7872."
The geese are made from fine porcelain and are quite old -- circa 1920s - 1930s. The figurines are in good vintage condition. One of the figurines has a production flaw -- small patch of rough porcelain -- near the tail (see photograph two, goose on the right).
Each figurine is approximately 4 3/4 inches tall x 3 inches x 2 inches.

A beautiful pair of vintage Delman shoes, these striking black satin and peau de soie kitten heal pumps have an elaborate rhinestone accent at the front.
Famous for their high quality as well as their high style, Delman has been in the shoe business since 1918, catering to hollywood stars as well as well-heeled society doyennes.
Although these shoe can be worn as they are in good condition, they would make a fabulous addition to a serious vintage shoe collection, and would look amazing on display.
These are genuine vintage shoes. They were gently worn, but do show signs of wear and age with some light scuffing on the satin and peau de soie. The vintage shoes have typical street wear on the soles.
The shoes have a gold leather insole marked Delman New York Paris Rome. The shoes do not have any indication of size. They came from the estate of a woman who wore a size 5.5 - 6 shoe. The shoes were stored with the vintage satin shoe stretchers as shown which are included with the listing.
The shoes look small and narrow and have the following measurements:
9 1/2" Bottom Sole from back of the heel to tip of the toe
3" Bottom Sole at widest point
8 3/4" Inner Sole from toe to heel

Cool old vintage dentistry supply boxes designed to keep stainless steel dental bands organized can be repurposed to store any number of small items, from office odds & ends, jewelry, and beading supplies.
The vintage wood boxes have dovetail corners, metal hinges on the front that close securely, and white plastic inserts with wells for stashing and organize small things.
The cases and the contents (there are some stainless steel dental bands in some of the storage wells) date from the 1960s and were made by Rocky Mountain Dental Products. The boxes are old and show wear including scuffs, dings, and scratches.
Each case has a sheet of paper taped on the inside with various indications of stock and usage as well some old dental band stock in the wells.
