Classic Victorian era school reading primer has delightful illustrations, stories, and vocabulary word lists. The antique children's school book has a red decorative cover with a masted ship inside a crest. The vintage school book is a charmer and be could used as a unique decor accent in a modern classroom or child's nursery.

This is a genuine antique book published in 1898. The book was read in classrooms by children. The vintage book shows wear consistent with its age and use including wear to the cover with worn corners, soiling, tanned paper, a few pencil marks, and small tears. Previous owner wrote her name in a neat script along with the date in pencil on the front end paper (Jane Adams July 17th 1899).

Antique set of four Jules Verne books would make a fine gift for the literature enthusiast or an interesting shabby chic decor accent in a library, office, man cave, or child's room.

The attractive vintage books have blue cloth covers with detailed gold gilt spine designs and title lettering, decorative endpapers, and elaborate title pages. The books are illustrated with black and white drawings.

Packed with anatomy illustrations, these vintage medical textbooks have green cloth binding and gold-gilt title lettering. The medical book set would make a great gift for anyone interested in anatomy, or a cool decor accent in a medical office, doctor's study, or library.

The books are in good condition for used medical textbooks from the 1940s showing typical wear with bumped cover corners, light soiling, and tanning to the paper. Volume II has some light damp staining towards the back of the book at the bottom right-hand side page corner which does not effect the illustrations or the readability of the text. A previous owner wrote his name, J.C. Leaman, on the front right-handside endpaper of each volume. There is some underlining in red.

Scarce first edition hardcover of Janis Ian's Who Really Cares would make a great gift for the literary enthusiast. Published in 1969 upon the release of her album of the same name, the book is a collection of her childhood poems.

Genuine vintage, not a recent reprint, this is an ex-library copy of Ian's hard-to-find poetry collection. The book is in a library mylar wrapper and has a white label at the base of the spine with the book's Dewey Decimal classification number along with a red x indicating that the book was a library discard. The book has library stamps on the bottom edge, title page, and back page (Half Hollow Hills Community Library). The page at the back of the book that had the library's due date card envelope has been torn away. There is some creasing on the dust jacket and other typical signs of wear. There is a light damp stain on the bottom edge of the book cover that does not effect the paper. The book does not have a musty odor. Pages are clean. Binding it tight.

This is a cool souvenir dice keychain, circa 1976 from the early days of Atlantic City gambling.

Once a famous resort serving such luminaries as president Ulysses S. Grant, the Brighton Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey, transformed into a casino with the legalization of gambling in 1976. The Brighton's original structure was torn down to build the Sands Casino, which in turn was torn down, but I digress….

The dice are show typical wear with some paint loss and scratches. Please note that one of dice has a crack as shown in the photographs.

It is rare to find a full, unused bolt of Corbett Brothers Quality Ribbon on a spool with their signature black cat label. So rare, that I am selling the spool complete with its 10 yards of green grosgrain ribbon to keep them together.

The Corbett Brothers headquartered their ribbon business at Fourth Avenue at 18th Street in New York City, with a branch in St. Etienne, France, and a textile mill in Paterson, N.J.

This beautiful grosgrain ribbon is 4 1/2" wide and is wound on the spool with a protective paper backing. I unwound the spool just a few feet to take photographs.

The ribbon is in very good vintage condition. The spool and label show shelf wear. The label black cat label is creased and as a few small tears as well as some minimal paper loss. The bottom label is crumbled, torn and worn around the edges with some paper loss. This label identifies the ribbon as "Made in the United States."

Spool is approximately 5 1/8" tall with a 3 1/4" diameter.

Filled with stylized line drawings, this vintage circa 1930s booklet gives a simple overview of basic self defense techniques and jiu jitsu moves. An added bonus is that the back half of the booklet is an advertising catalog with pages of ads for cheap, cool, and kitschy merchandise.

Published in 1935 on inexpensive pulp paper, it is scarce to find this title in good condition. This is a genuine vintage copy not a recent reprint. The pulp paper is heavily tanned with age but the paper is supple and not crumbly. There is damage to the spine which effects several interior pages as shown in photograph 3, but the binding is tight and there are no missing pages.

This is a genuine vintage teapot from the 1960s. The vintage tea kettle was used in its time and shows age appropriate wear with some loss of enamel on the pot and lid edges. There are some rust spots on the interior white enameling.

Pot stands 6 1/2" tall including the lid and is approximately 7 3/4" wide including the spout and handle.
