Wise man is in good condition for a 60+ year old paper mache figurine. The paint is beginning to crackle on the hand thats on his hip. He has a chip at the base of his robe and a few flea bites.

Ripe for repurposing, this vintage copy of Ring O'Roses is filled with beautiful nursery rhyme illustrations. The charming vintage children's book includes line drawings and full color plate illustrations by L. Leslie Brooke.

The nursery pictures and most of the book's pages are in good condition. The spine and the book's front cover edges were secured long ago with book mending tape. The nursery rhyme book has a "Somerset County Library Somerville, N.J." stamp on the title page. One inch has been cut off of the bottom and top edges of the back endpaper. Someone hand wrote the following note in blue ink on the front endpaper:
"Please Note - This Book is Very Old - "Handle with Care" It was published in London England and must be in the antique class."

The illustrations are beautiful and framable. They would make amazing and unique decor in a baby's nursery or child's room.

Published in 1887, the Italy travel guide Rambles in Rome has a decorative green cover and detailed information on walks through the ancient city. Much has changed in Rome since 1887, and yet much has remained the same. This charming antique book can help you compare and contrast the 19th century city with that of the 21st century.

The antique book is filled with illustrations and maps as well as an interesting "guide to useful information" which includes a list of American, English, "Native", and "Foreign" artists living in the city at that time along with their addresses, a chart of carriage tariffs, practical information on galleries, museums, and villas, hotels, public libraries, and omnibus routes. There are also several pages at the back of the book advertising other titles by S. Russell Forbes.

The book is in good condition for its age with obvious signs of wear and evidence of the passage of time including bumped corners, a scratch on the cover, fraying of the cloth binding at the edges. Pages are lightly tanned.

Vintage china pot has a lustreware finish and a lovely lily of the valley design. The vintage pot can be used as a teapot, coffee pot, or hot chocolate pot. Or, fill it with flowers for a charming cottage chic decor accent.

Made in Germany early in the 19th century, the vintage teapot is incised "1308" on the bottom along with red stamp "Germany 13." The transferware lily of the valley design is signed "d'Aubriand."

The pot has a repair on the rim as shown in photographs two & three which does not effect the usability of the coffee pot. The piece displays well.

Vintage palm tree bookends would make a cool decor accent in a beach house or tropical themed room.

Made by Dodge, Inc, circa 1930s, the company that made the Oscar statues from the beginning of the award's history until the mid-1980s, the heavy metal bookends were cast from base metal, and have Dodge's signature bronze finish with rich copper highlights.

The vintage bookends are in good condition showing minimal wear. The bookends have a nice patina of age with one bookend retaining more of the shinier original finish. Each bookend has a small oval plague on the base marked "Miami Beach Florida."

Initially turned down by several publishers, A.E. Housman's A Shropshire Lad went on to become one of the most beloved collections of poetry during the 20th century. The small volume of sixty-three poems speak of youth, love, early death, nature, and the disappearing rural way of life. The poetry book was carried in the pockets of soldiers during World War I, given as gifts to young men, was the subject of school classroom recitation... "When I was one-and-twenty I heard a wise man say...."

This vintage volume of the classic poems is simply bound in brown cloth with gold title lettering on the cover and spine. The small book fits easily in the hand or pocket.

The book is in good condition. Some light soiling on the cover, wear at the top and bottom of the spine and the cover edges. The endpapers and book pages are slightly tanned with age lending a nostalgic tone to the book.

Cram's 12 inch celestial globe is a scarce find, and this one is in fine condition for its age. This beautiful star globe shows the night sky against a heavenly blue background. The constellation globe has a celestial equator, ecliptic, autumnal and vernal equinoctial colures as well as summer and winter solstitial colures.

The globe is made up of coated paper gores over a plastic sphere. Major and familiar constellations such as the Great Dipper, the Sickle, and Orion are highlighted in yellow outline.

This outstanding vintage celestial globe is one of the last made before the space race and NASA's modern astronomy technology changed what we knew about the night sky and our universe. The globe has a full metal meridian with degree marks and a time dial at the top.

The globe sits in a full-ring gold-tone metal wire frame cradle with a metal horizontal ring with a printed table of the time, months, zodiac signs, degrees, and compass marks.

This is a genuine vintage globe not a reproduction. The globe is in remarkably good condition for its age showing light evidence of wear and the passage of time including spots on the printed table label on the horizontal ring, wear on the gold-tone wire frame and the metal meridian.

Atomic Blonde, a circa 1960s vintage trashy pulp fiction novel is really all about the good girl art (GGA) cover. I guess you could read it, but this vintage novel would look amazing on display in a man cave, and would make a fun gift for the pulp fiction collector.

In amazing condition for its age, this softcover novel appears to never have been read. The binding is not cracked and the paper is in good condition for pulp paper. The sleazy paperback has decorative red page edges.
