The wartime booklet advises women factory workers on sleeping, eating, dressing, and playing. The small pamphlet has charming illustrations by Mildred Wetmore.

This genuine World War 2 era booklet is a fascinating piece of labor history and women's history.

Early Boy Scout of America registration card from 1919 belonged to Frederick Foth of Montclair, New Jersey. What makes this card extra rare and collectible is the signature of Frank Fellows Gray signing as Scout Commissioner. The card also has the signature of Scout Master Frederick K. Vreeland, an inventor and wireless telegraph engineer.

Along with bringing Lord Baden-Powell's scouting system to America, Gray is known as the founder of one of the first Boy Scout troop in the United States. He founded the Boy Scout Camp on Dudley Island, Sussex County, New Jersey and is the founder and namesake of Camp Glen Gray in the Ramapo Mountains.

The card was found wedged in an old book. It shows signs of wear and age including soiling, creasing, and paper loss along the folds.

Measures approximately 3 1/4 inches by 2 1/2 inches closed and 3 1/4 inches by 7 1/8 inches open.

Rare black leather bound copy of Malyj zborničok ili sobranije molitv i pisnej compiled by Aleksander Duchnovič, the nineteenth-century priest, poet, writer, and social activist.

This small prayer book has gold gilt decorations on the cover and spine, gold gilt edges, and a metal clasp. The religious book was printed in Czechoslovakia in the Czech language. It has beautiful endpapers and illustrations.

The prayer book is in good condition showing age appropriate wear. The leather on the spine has a small tear and some chipping. The base of the spine has a small tear on the front side. The metal clasp is in good working order. The pages are browned with age yet supple.

Rare British made G.W. Bacon map gores on a globe produced by Weber Costello in the United States captures the world at the very start of World War II.

Some of the interesting historical indications found on the globe include:

This is a 12 Inch Political Physical Globe by G.W. Bacon & Co. London & Weber Costello, Co. The globe's map gores were printed in England. The globe was made for school use, and is marked "Time Tested School Supplies." The globe has a full iron meridian and time dial at the top.

The globe is in good condition for a school globe that is well over 70-years old, but it does have issues. There are scuffs, soiling, dings, & areas paper loss, most notably in of the Eastern United States. The globes looks as if it might have been left uncovered in room that was being painted as there are what appear to be white paint drops on the globe (most notably on Morocco) as well as on the iron base. The iron base is rusty and the globe is secure, but a bit wobbly on the base. The base could easily be replaced. There are several areas where the plaster has been dented most notably in the Southern Hemisphere in the area of Argentina and in the area of the Himalaya Mountains.

The globe has a 12 inch diameter and stands approximately 18 1/2 inches tall including the meridian and 14 1/2 inches wide including the meridian.

Adorable and tiny vintage pin cushion, this carved and embroidered sewing accessory has two holes through which to draw a cord so that the pincushion could be tied around your wrist or neck for safe keeping while sewing. The pin cushion is so small, it could also be used in a dollhouse.

This charming miniature pin cushion appears to be carved out of some type of nut or plastic. It is covered with fabric that has been embroidered with a single tiny flower.

The pin cushion is in very good vintage condition with a few tiny chips at the edge of the rim carving. The piece appears to have been carved from a hard nut.

From the estate of an 103-year old woman who saved everything, I bring you this incredible hand-painted Japanese fan. A wealthy woman who traveled the world collecting interesting items, I'm not sure exactly when she added this beautiful geisha fan to her collection, but most likely post World War II. The exquisite hand-painted geisha is set against a black background.

The vintage fan is in excellent condition, and comes with its original paper wrapping and decorative box (the box has a tear on one side). The fan is constructed from a combination of bone, or a very good plastic imitation, wood, and fabric. The beautiful art fan is finished with a cord and coral-color bead.

Scarce vintage globe from 1938, this Rand McNally Indexed Terrestrial Art Globe shows the world on the brink of World War II. Austria has been consumed by Germany (Anschluss, March 1938), Czechoslovakia does not exist, Slovenia (shown as "Slov") is marked Germany (annexation of Sudetenland, 1938), and Albania has been invaded by Italy (April 1939). Poland's borders stand. As Germany invaded Poland on September 1, 1939, this globe can be dated between 1938 and the summer of 1939.

This is a beautiful old globe with a deep and warm patina of age. The oceans are a very pale green with nautical distance indicators. There are eight masted ships shattered through the seven seas. The political boundary colors are muted shades of pink, green, and yellow.

The globe shows wear including general dust, soiling, spots, and areas of paper loss. Most of the Equator line is missing revealing the globe's center seam. The metal base and metal half meridian (marked with degrees) show wear including some scratches and paint loss.

The Rite of Exorcism vinyl lp has amazing cover art & is the perfect sound track for a spooky halloween party. Published by Crunch Records in 1974, the recording was conceived and researched by Rev. Patrick J. Berkery with an original script by Morty Jay.

Dixie produced these collectible movie star poster sheets in conjunction with 20th Century Fox movie studio. Dixie Ice Cream offered specially designed scrapbook looseleaf binders for fans to store their Hollywood star premium collections.

The card stock sheet is in good condition showing typical wear including creasing and tanning from age. The poster has two punch holes for insertion in a binder.
