She is in amazing condition for a 40+ year old plaster creche figurine. She has very minor paint loss most notably on the bottom base rim (see photograph 4).

Measurements: 5 1/8" tall x 3 1/4" wing span x 2 1/2" deep (base diameter).

Perfect for your 1950s retro kitchen look, this vintage magnetic bulletin board has a delightful yellow & orange graphic border with fish, rolling pins, ears of corn, tomatoes, & carrots.

Known as a "Maggie Board," the notice board was made in the U.S.A. by Maggie Magnetic, Inc. The magnetic metal board has been painted to look like a chalkboard.

The board surface has some scratches on it and one small rusty spot which might buff out. Please look at the photographs for more information about condition.

The magnetic board measures 14" x 11."

Faux black lacquer Japanese tray with a playful fish design can be used for serving food and drinks, but could also be used as wall decor.

The blue fish has hints of green, gold & silver and really pops against the gold foil and black background. The fish has a red signature stamp near the bottom right-hand side.

Pocket-size guide to the most up-to-date information for its time (1917), this Audel's Easy Lessons in Wireless Telegraphy covers topics such as "Forms of Electricity," "Disruptive Discharge," "The Transmitting Apparatus", and "Receiving Apparatus."

Wireless telegraphy, later known as Morse code, is a system of transmitting electromagnetic waves, also known as radio waves, wirelessly through transmitters and receivers.

This cool little book is packed with illustrations and interesting information. This vintage book would make a great gift a radio buff or tech geek.

Book is in good condition showing wear from age and use. The flexible cover has a crease and is worn around the edges. Some pages are dog eared. Previous owner's name in ink on the front endpaper , "Joseph C (I think) Temple," plus "El. 2 c.r."

This fine American edition of the Peeps at Many Lands England and Wales has its original dust jacket illustrated with a girl and boy riding a magic carpet through the sky. The book contains sixteen beautiful color illustrations of English and Welsh landscapes.

The dust jacket is worn with chips, tears, and paper loss at the corners and at the top and base of the spine, as well as soiling. But, the dust jacket has served to beautifully preserve the decorative red cloth cover and paste-down illustration of an English cottage and garden. Pages show light browning from age but are supple. Pages are clean. Binding is tight.

Genuine vintage, the sheep show light wear including some crackling of the paint on their bellies.

The Louvre Museum General Guidebook takes you back to circa 1960s Paris, France. Mona Lisa smiles from the bright red cover of this art and travel guide.

An interesting historical document, this illustrated guide gives an in-depth description of the museum's collections and their locations within the historic building. The advertisements in the back of the book add a charming touch. Photograph 5 shows my favorite, "Visit the Tchecoslovaquia."

The cover shows wear and there is some peeling as shown in the photographs. Pages show aging typical of a book from the 1960s. Binding is tight.

Beautifully rendered Magi king wise man hand-painted and made in Italy, this vintage nativity scene figure can stand alone or added to a creche or Christmas village putz display.

The king figurine wears a flowing red cape and a blue robe. He has blue eyes and a long gray hair and beard.

Dating from the 1960s, this vintage nativity wise man is in good condition. His nose shows wear, there's a white spot on the back of his cape, and a chip on the base at the back.

Burke's Speeches at Bristol Previous to the Election and Declining the Poll are considered masterworks of oratory.

This book was much loved and reviewed by its former owner who wrote his name and a date in ink on the front end paper -- Joseph W. Howe A.B. 1931. The book is heavily annotated throughout and there are old paper clips holding pages 55 through 78 & pages 85 through 92 together.

The most curious personal touch found on this vintage book, is the notation inked on the page edges " Open Only On Dec. 25 Santa Claws."

Look up Sally Rand and you'll find an interesting story. An Art Deco era burlesque dancer known for her fan dance & bubble dance, Rand inspired Parker of London to create a chrome hood ornament in her image to adorn their silent flame lighters.

This small chrome statue of a naked woman holding a peacock fan dates from the 1930s. She is in good condition showing typical wear including some spotting and pitting on the chrome.

High-quality vintage lizard skin handbag, this beautiful 1950s purse is a classic. The bag's timeless design will carry you from day to evening in style.

Made of a fine grain lizard skin, the brown bag has a gold metal frame and clasp, pull tab for ease of opening, four metal feet on the bottom, one inner zipper pocket, two additional pockets which include the handbag's original hand mirror and the other a small change purse.

The handbag is in very good vintage condition. The interior is clean -- no odors, no stains.

Beautiful set of six (6) Indonesian batik napkins, these cotton cloth napkins are hand printed in an intricate indigo blue and brown design.

The napkins have never been used and are in excellent vintage condition. One of the napkins has the set's original silver foil tag -- Taplak Makan Bulat. The set was purchased in Indonesian in the 1970s.

Napkins measure approximately 11" square. Four napkins are not hemmed on one side.

Exquisite Japanese obi sash, this smaller version of a formal maru obi has an elaborate peony and butterfly design in shades of orange, a traditional color for a child's obi sash, with accents of gold and blue.

Woven from silk, the obi belt is heavy weight and rather stiff. This beautiful vintage textile would make an amazing wall hanging. This early 20th century child's kimono obi belt could also be used as a table runner.
