I love old pencils. Don't you? I think they sharpen up nicer than newly manufactured ones. This instant collection of vintage pencil is in shades of blue, and would look cool displayed in your office. The pens have an assortment of advertising on them including Sears, Roebuck Co., Tupperware Home Parties, various plumbing businesses, & Harrison Recreation Lanes in Harrison, N.J.

Most of the pencils are graphite, but the grouping also includes an Eagle "Chem Sealed" Verithin indigo blue and two Dixon Phano china markers.

There are ten (10) pencils total. Some are sharpened, some are not. The erasers feel dry and may not work. Pencils have a varying degree of wear including nicks in the wood, paint loss, & some soiling.

Pencils range in length from 7 1/2" to about 4 1/4."

Pencil holder is for display only and not included in the listing.

Produced by the Wilton Company of Pennsylvania, these adorable miniature boy & girl cast iron Amish figurines can be used in a dollhouse, a Christmas village display, or simply as decorations on a shelf. They are so sweet!

The figures are in a seated position. He wears a traditional Amish hat and she wears a bonnet. The figures have some chipped paint, but over all are in very good shape for their 60+ years.

Please note that these are very tiny figurines yet the cast iron makes them heavy for their size.

Russian language scrabble, this vintage board game has Cyrillic letter tiles. Printed in the U.S.A. and produced by Production & Marketing Company, Newtown, Connecticut, the game has 1948, 1949, 1953, & 1961 copyrights.

The game does not appear to have ever been played. The Cyrillic letter tiles are in their original sealed bags. Game board is in excellent condition. The game comes with 4 wooden tile stands. The wood is rough in a few spots. The box shows wear on the top and rubbing at the corners. One corner of the very sturdy box is split.

The inside box cover is printed with the complete game instructions in Russian Cyrillic.

Vintage drapery fabric scape has a wonderful mid-century modern floral design in shades of green and yellow. Look closely and you will see butterflies in the pattern repeat .

This remnant was at one time a curtain. Long ago part of the curtain panel was cut away and repurposed for another use. What remains is a fabric scrap that can be used in a variety of creative ways. You could make several pillow covers from the piece, pretty cloth napkins and/or placemats, or some other creative project. Use your imagination.

The piece is approximately 105" x 13" wide with two seams and a two inch hem. The piece is lined with a nice quality cotton.

Danish stoneware pottery wine goblets are beautiful and practical examples of art pottery, and would fit into a range of decor from modern to rustic.

The goblets can be used as wine glasses, for tea, saki, or the beverage of your choice.

Each stoneware cup is bottom marked "Denmark" and have an artist mark. The set shows three different artist marks - "H" with an asterisk-like star, an "H" in an oval, &"Hanne."

The stoneware goblets are in very good vintage condition with no chips and no cracks. The cups have label glue residue on the bottom which I have not attempted to remove.

Super tiny, the devotional prayer book measures a mere 2 3/8" x 1 7/8".

Vintage brass & porcelain on and off toggle switch -- I doubt if this vintage electrical light or power switch can be rewired and used, but it sure would make a cool paperweight, industrial decor desk accent, or prop.

The toggle moves back and forth with a confident snap. The brass shows wear including tarnish and spotting. The bottom of the piece is a bit crusty. I have not attempted to clean it.

Vintage Nova Scotia Tartan platter, this bone china serving piece was made in England by Royal Albert. The pink and blue Royal Albert hallmark dates the plate to circa 1962 to the 1970s.

The Nova Scotia Tartan motif is rendered in wonderful blue, green, and gold plaid ribbons with a large bow and lion crest. The small oval platter has a delicate gold trim.

The Nova Scotia Tartan was the first provincial tartan in Canada.

Photograph three (3) shows the oval platter with a larger round platter which will soon be available in my shop. If you are interested in purchasing both serving pieces, please send me a message.

Platter measures 8 3/4" x 5 1/4" at its widest point.

Perfect for your 1950s retro kitchen look, this vintage magnetic bulletin board has a delightful yellow & orange graphic border with fish, rolling pins, ears of corn, tomatoes, & carrots.

Known as a "Maggie Board," the notice board was made in the U.S.A. by Maggie Magnetic, Inc. The magnetic metal board has been painted to look like a chalkboard.

The board surface has some scratches on it and one small rusty spot which might buff out. Please look at the photographs for more information about condition.

Individual Arabia Finland stoneware au gratin dishes are modern and functional. Made to bring from oven to table, the small dishes are big enough to hold delicious individual au gratins or casserole servings. The plates have Arabia's classic pink ribbon design and hallmarks which date their manufacture from 1964 - 1971.

In operation since 1873, Arabia is one of Scandinavia's most prestigious pottery houses.

Each au gratin measures 6 1/2" across including handles, with a 5 1/2" top diameter and 4 1/2" bottom diameter. Dishes are about 1 1/8" deep.

The au gratins are in good condition but do show signs of wear including crazing, rough spots where the pottery glaze has worn away, and a few fleas bites.

Faux black lacquer Japanese tray with a playful fish design can be used for serving food and drinks but could also be used as wall decor.

The blue fish has hints of green, gold & silver and really pops against the gold foil and black background. The fish has a red signature stamp near the bottom right-hand side.

Vintage winter scene plate from Himark Japan depicts a charming country Christmas with horse drawn sleigh, children making a snowman, and a farmhouse in the distance.

The dish was made for decoration and not for use with food. It has a metal hook for easy hanging on a wall. It's so lovely, you'll want to display the plate all year round.

Made from ceramic, the plate has a gold rim, red enamel painted boarder, and a silvery center with etched & painted scene. There two Japanese characters etched near the back of the sled.

The Louvre Museum General Guidebook takes you back to circa 1960s Paris, France. Mona Lisa smiles from the bright red cover of this art and travel guide.

An interesting historical document, this illustrated guide gives an in-depth description of the museum's collections and their locations within the historic building. The advertisements in the back of the book add a charming touch. Photograph 5 shows my favorite, "Visit the Tchecoslovaquia."

The cover shows wear and there is some peeling as shown in the photographs. Pages show aging typical of a book from the 1960s. Binding is tight.

Rare antique wooden spooled thread from the Willington Mills in Connecticut, this complete & unused box has 12 spools of black cotton thread. The box has an amazing cover graphic of the Willington Mill in full operation.

Each wood spool has 200 yards of thread and is marked "G. Hall Jr. Co. U.S. A. Willington, Conn." on one side and, "Willington Mills 8 200 yds" on the other side. The thread and box are in very good condition. The box has some light soiling, marks on the sides, and wear at the side thumb indentations.

Willington Mills was the first cotton thread manufacturer in the United States. The Connecticut company began production in 1830. The mill was taken over by Gardiner Hall, Jr. Co in 1860. The enterprising Hall family created a thriving community in South Millington, to go along with their thriving business. According to Wade's Fibre & Fabric Vol. XL of 1890, the Hall's established "The neatest little village" for their employees.

The Willington Mills building still stands, and is now referred to as "The Mill." It has been converted into a thriving artisan and business community.

Box measures 7 1/4" by 4 1/4" by 1 1/2." Each spool measures 1 3/4" with 1 1/4" diameter.

I have another box of unused black cotton thread from Willington Mills that I will be listing soon. This second box is smaller with 12 wooden spools each with 80 yards of thread. Please feel free to send me message if you are interest in this box.
